Hey there! 👋 We're looking for a friendly face to join our Health Centre team at our Timbertop campus. If you love helping people and have a knack for organization, this might be the perfect fit for you! 😊



What's the gig? 🤔



  • Part-time role (0.6 FTE)

  • Fixed term until the end of 2025

  • Based in beautiful Mansfield, Victoria



Your main tasks will be:



  • Supporting our awesome nursing staff 🏥

  • Coordinating appointments and transport for students

  • Managing medical supplies and budgets 💊

  • Organizing first aid training

  • Keeping our campus first aid kits stocked and ready



What we're looking for:



  • Experience in admin roles, preferably in a medical setting

  • Great people skills and organizational talents

  • Solid writing skills for reports and correspondence

  • Understanding of educational environments is a plus!
