Join Our Team as a Clerk of Works! 🏗️👷



Hey there! TANDEM PROJECT MANAGEMENT LTD. is on the lookout for three awesome Clerks of Works to oversee healthcare projects in Cork, Limerick, and Waterford. If you're passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in construction, we want you!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Keeping a watchful eye on construction work to make sure everything's up to snuff 👀

  • Playing detective and reporting any issues or deviations from the plan 🕵️

  • Maintaining detailed records like a pro 📝

  • Being the go-to person for contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders 🤝

  • Ensuring everyone's following safety regulations (because safety first, right?) 🦺



What We're Looking For:



  • A degree in engineering or architecture (or equivalent qualifications)

  • At least seven years of experience as a Clerk of Works or in site supervision

  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements (Safe Pass card is a must)

  • Excellent IT skills and a full, clean driving license

  • Experience in at least one healthcare-related project
