Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our crew at APG. We're all about being the best in the biz when it comes to supplying auto parts in Australia. If you love cars and want to be part of a supportive team, this might be your perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running the show for our incoming warehouse operations
- Working some cool hours: Mon-Thu 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Fri 12:00pm - 8:00pm
- Teaming up with supervisors to deliver top-notch customer service
- Keeping an eye on safety and always looking for ways to improve
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: You've been a warehouse supervisor before and know your stuff about distribution
- Leadership: You can manage team KPIs and help everyone meet (or beat!) targets
- Safety First: You're all about keeping the warehouse safe and sound
- Communication: You can chat easily with everyone from the big boss to the delivery drivers
- Cool Under Pressure: Fast-paced environments? No sweat!
- People Person: You love helping your team grow and succeed
- Tech Savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office
