What you'll be doing:



  • Supervising and coaching a team of quality pros

  • Supporting new product transfers from design to production

  • Reviewing engineering changes and reports

  • Leading risk management activities

  • Collaborating with R&D and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering



What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of quality regulations and standards

  • Experience with medical devices (preferred)
