📋 Quick Summary
This is a hands-on, in-person role where you'll be turning customer logos and artwork into production-ready embroidery files for schools, universities, sports teams, and more. You'll work at their Home Run Sports location and be a key part of the production process — literally bringing brands to life through embroidery!
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and editing production-ready embroidery files (primarily DST format)
- Digitizing logos, lettering, crests, and athletic marks for various garments
- Selecting the right stitch types, density, underlay, and sequencing for each project
- Reviewing sew-outs and troubleshooting issues like puckering, thread breaks, or distortion 🔍
- Working closely with machine operators and production staff
- Maintaining organized libraries of approved logos and embroidery files
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams on artwork suitability
✅ What You'll Need
- 2+ years of professional embroidery digitizing experience in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of DST and other embroidery formats
- Proficiency with software like Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG, Hatch, or similar
- Solid understanding of satin, fill, and running stitches
- Great attention to detail and strong file organization habits 💪

- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines
- Experience with caps and difficult-to-hoop products
- Adobe Illustrator or graphic design skills
- Background in athletic or performance apparel embroidery
