- Designing original artwork for coins, badges, medals, and insignia using Adobe Illustrator
- Turning your designs into production-ready specs — materials, plating, dimensions, hardware, and more
- Using tools like vernier callipers to check dimensional accuracy
- Working with the production team and overseas factory contacts to bring products to life 🌏
- Reviewing samples and maintaining quality standards for police and military insignia
- Communicating with clients and translating technical details into plain language
✅ What They're Looking For
- Professional-level Adobe Illustrator skills (Photoshop is a bonus)
- Ability to create original design artwork — not just technical drawings
- Knowledge of metal fabrication materials like zinc and brass ⚙️
