📋 About the Role
As a Creative Designer, you'll be the visual powerhouse behind compelling marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring campaign strategies to life across a wide range of channels — from digital ads to print materials and everything in between.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- 💡 Developing creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across print, web, digital, and video channels
- 🖥️ Designing and building website pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites using UX/UI best practices
- 📱 Creating digital advertising artwork for platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and more
- 🎬 Producing and editing video content for social media, websites, and digital advertising
- 🖨️ Designing print and out-of-home materials including billboards, brochures, and direct mail
- Maintaining and applying brand standards consistently across all creative materials
- Managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of professional graphic/creative design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- 5+ years with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
- 5+ years of website development experience using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress
- 3+ years with Canva
- 2+ years with Figma (advanced features like Auto Layout, components, and prototyping)
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and creative production 🎯
