📋 About the Role
You'll be a key player in delivering quality assurance and testing services across the Financial Services sector. Whether it's Agile or Waterfall, you'll bring your expertise to complex tech transformation projects and help clients achieve their goals.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering IT testing projects within Financial Services using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Contributing to client proposals and presentations for complex projects
- Testing end-to-end business processes, APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members 🌱
- Actively participating in EY's QA & Testing Community of Practice
- Identifying opportunities to better serve clients across all consulting offerings
✅ What You'll Need
- A third-level degree in a business or IT-related discipline
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent QA accreditation
- At least 3+ years in a consulting/professional services role or 4+ years in industry on large-scale transformation programmes
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, or Capital Markets)
- Hands-on experience with functional & non-functional testing, manual testing, and/or test automation 🛠️
- Familiarity with issue tracking and testing tools, plus solid defect management skills

- Exposure to AI/Generative AI testing considerations including bias, security, and Responsible AI principles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
