📋 What You'll Be Doing
- 💰 Processing weekly and monthly payroll — wages, overtime, shift allowances, penalties, and more
- Reviewing and validating timesheets, leave applications, and attendance records
- Reconciling payroll data and catching discrepancies before finalisation
- Handling statutory obligations — PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting
- Supporting month-end and year-end payroll activities
- 🔧 Leading a key project to integrate a newly acquired entity into payroll using MYOB PayGlobal
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in payroll or a similar finance role (manufacturing industry a bonus!)
- Tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or HR
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar payroll software
- 🧮 Advanced Excel skills — VLookups, pivot tables, the works
- Experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Must be legally authorised to work in Australia 🇦🇺
