📋 Quick Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be the go-to person for managing receivables, chasing up invoices, and keeping customer accounts squeaky clean. You'll work closely with project managers and contract admins to make sure the money keeps flowing in smoothly.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and following up on customer invoices and progress claims
- Keeping track of retentions, variations, and contract balances
- Posting and allocating daily cash receipts 💰
- Reconciling customer accounts and sorting out any discrepancies
- Chasing overdue payments in a professional way
- Helping out with month-end AR reporting and general finance admin
- Working in Acumatica to maintain data accuracy
✅ What They're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally in construction or a project-based industry
- Solid understanding of progress claims and retentions
- Experience with Acumatica is a big plus 🌟
- Familiarity with Prime or similar systems is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
