📋 About the Role
This is a flexible role available either full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE). You'll report to the Financial Reporting Manager and help keep the financial wheels turning across their Australian, UK, and US operations.
✅ What You'll Be Doing
- 💰 Supporting cash flow activities including reconciliations and payment runs
- Helping out with Accounts Payable — think vendor checks, overdue invoices, and supplier queries
- Managing corporate credit card and expense activities
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations covering fixed assets, prepayments, and leases
- Coordinating intercompany reconciliations and recharges
- Supporting Technology finance tasks like purchase orders and licence renewals
- Assisting with compliance and audit requirements 📊
