They operate across multiple divisions including plant hire, agricultural services, straw production, and more — serving clients all over Ireland and Northern Ireland.
📋 What You'll Be Doing
- 📊 Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports for all group companies
- Building annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow plans
- Monitoring profitability across different business divisions and fleet units
- Supporting Directors with strategic planning and investment decisions
- Managing banking relationships, debtors, creditors, and working capital
- Ensuring compliance with VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax obligations
- 🔧 Improving financial systems, reporting processes, and driving automation initiatives
- Developing KPI dashboards and operational reporting tools
✅ What They're Looking For
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
- Background in plant hire, construction, agriculture, or asset-intensive industries is a big plus 🚜
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities

- Salary: €60,000 – €90,000 per annum (depending on experience)
