This is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, and it's perfect if you're a recent grad, college leaver, or someone looking to break into finance. You'll get real hands-on experience in a fun, relaxed environment with a super supportive team backing you up every step of the way. 🙌
📍 Location & Work Style
- Based at Rebellion's riverside HQ in Oxford, UK
- Hybrid role — 3 to 4 days on-site per week
✅ What You'll Be Doing
- 📋 Coding and managing a high volume of supplier invoices
- Handling accounts receivable transactions and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Requesting, reviewing, and overseeing the invoice approval process
- Monitoring accounts payable emails and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing employee expense claims
- Managing aged creditors to ensure timely payments 💰

- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills — this one's a must!
- Exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is a bonus
