✅ What You'll Be Doing
- Helping prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis 📊
- Running routine reconciliations and flagging any issues
- Assisting with audit documentation and schedules
- Helping improve processes like spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Pulling data and preparing ad hoc financial summaries
🌟 What They're Looking For
- Studying towards AAT or interested in ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting)
- Great communicator who works well with others 🤝
- Experience with ERP tools like D365 is a bonus but not required
