💼 Bank Reconciliations Advisor at Co-Op
Hey there! Looking for a part-time finance role where you can make a real difference? Co-Op is hiring a Bank Reconciliations Advisor to join their Co-op Business Services (CBS) team in Manchester! This is a 6-month fixed-term contract working just 15 hours per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Pretty sweet, right? 😊

📋 What You'll Be Doing
- 🔍 Reviewing and reconciling multiple bank accounts alongside your teammates
- Supporting period-end balance sheet reconciliations and resolving aged items
- Producing query reports and resolving unreconciled bank transactions
- Maintaining financial integrity within agreed timescales
- Responding to email queries and investigating issues promptly
- Keeping team managers updated on outstanding issues
✅ What You'll Need
- 💡 Experience in cash allocations — this is a must!
- SAP software experience — really important here
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
