Starting as a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London, Beavertown Brewery has grown into a brewing powerhouse with facilities including BEAVERWORLD in Ponders End and breweries in Tottenham Hale and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — capable of brewing 90 million pints a year!
📋 What You'll Be Doing
- ⚙️ Processing supplier invoices through the Esker Purchase to Pay (PtP) platform
- Handling email queries for allocated suppliers — missing invoices, late payments, credit balances
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Reviewing the Aged Creditors ledger ahead of payment runs
- Running bi-monthly payment runs and reviewing the ledger
- Posting and reconciling outgoing payments in SAPB1
- Supporting month-end close and assisting with audit queries 📊
✅ What They're Looking For
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Some prior AP or finance experience is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, and great with people 🤝
- Power BI and PtP platform experience are a bonus
