In a nutshell, you'll be the financial backbone of the team — handling everything from journal entries and reconciliations to month-end reporting and audit support. You'll work closely with different departments, crunch numbers, and help the team make smart financial decisions. It's fast-paced, detail-driven, and seriously exciting!
✅ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- 💰 Manage financial journal entries and make sure all data is recorded accurately
- Handle banking entries and keep banking records up to date
- Carry out account reconciliations to keep financial data squeaky clean
- Pitch in during month-end processes — reports, system updates, the works
- Track fixed assets including additions, depreciation, and disposals
- Team up with other departments to verify financial transactions
- Help out with external audits by prepping docs and answering queries
- Support budgeting and forecasting with solid financial data
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review 📊
- Spot opportunities to make financial processes more efficient
🎯 What They're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field — this one's a must!
