What You'll Be Doing 📞
- Call leads from our CRM system and understand their career upskilling needs
- Pitch the right courses based on customer requirements
- Achieve revenue targets consistently with the team
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Generate references through existing customer base to boost sales pipeline
- Maintain customer interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho
- Handle pre-sales to post-sales support for assigned leads
- Research and follow up on potential prospects
What We're Looking For 🎯
- MBA pursuing or graduate (required qualification)
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player attitude
- Fast learner who's detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
Work Details 💪
- 6 working days per week
- 9 hours total (8 productive hours + 1 hour break)
- Work from office only - no remote work
- Office location: Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
