What's the gig? 🤔

• Part-time role (12-month contract)


• Hybrid working - 2 days in Edinburgh, Newport, or Darlington


• Help maintain public confidence in data and its use in public debate

Your super important tasks: 💪

• Edit and proofread our papers, reports, and publications


• Develop and maintain our style guide


• Collaborate with our team to make our work shine ✨


• Ensure our copy is accessible and follows guidelines


• Train our staff to become better writers


• Work with experts to make our messages crystal clear


• Help with media, blogs, and digital content

What we're looking for: 🔍

• Degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field


• Exceptional writing and editing skills


• Strategic thinker who can align with our objectives


• Team player with great communication skills
