What You'll Be Doing:

• 📚 Crafting user guides, software docs, and API documentation


• 🔧 Writing detailed procedures for replacing parts in our cool life sciences products


• 🤝 Collaborating with experts to get the nitty-gritty technical details


• ✍️ Maintaining our documentation standards and following our style guide


• 💻 Using MadCap Flare and our revision control system like a pro

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field


• Experience: Entry-level or 1-3 years of Technical Writing experience


• Skills: MadCap Flare, structured XML, Microsoft Word


• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, and Illustrator
