Paralegal - Legal Research and Support

LEXISNEXIS is on the hunt for a fantastic paralegal to join our Practical Guidance team! 🎉

What's the gig? 🤔

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic paralegal to provide legal research, project, and administrative support to our team of legal writers. It's a part-time role, about 3 days (21 hours) per week, preferably based in our Melbourne or Sydney office.

What will you be doing? 📚💼

• Monitoring practice area developments and conducting legal research


• Drafting news alerts


• Content review


• Reformatting content into new templates


• Maintaining marketing and training materials


• Liaising with external authors

What do we need from you? 🧐

• Law graduate preferred (but we'll consider 4th/5th year law students)


• Practical experience in a legal / legal services organisation is a must


• Experience or interest in Commercial, Competition, Consumer or Intellectual Property law is a plus


• Familiarity with LexisNexis products would be awesome
