We're looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join our team and help keep our finances in tip-top shape! 💼💰

What's the gig about?

You'll be working alongside our Credit Controller, making sure our customers pay on time and our cash flow stays healthy. It's perfect for someone who loves numbers, has great communication skills, and enjoys building relationships! 🤝

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Keeping our debtor ledgers up-to-date 📊


• Chasing those overdue payments (nicely, of course!) 📞


• Monitoring credit limits and terms 🔍


• Helping prepare reports and analyses 📈


• Working with other teams to resolve queries 🤜🤛

What we're looking for:

• Someone with a certificate in Business Studies or equivalent experience 🎓


• Strong IT skills, especially with finance systems and Microsoft Office 💻


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner 📱


• A keen eye for detail and love for numbers 🧮


• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines ⏰
