MERCOR is on the hunt for a bilingual superstar to join our team as a Localization Language Specialist! 🌟🗣️



What's the gig? 🤔



  • Review and polish AI-generated Chinese translations 📝

  • Make sure everything sounds natural and on-point for mainland China 🇨🇳

  • Spot and fix any translation hiccups or awkward phrasing 🔍

  • Share your language wisdom to help improve our AI 🧠



What we're looking for:



  • Fluency in Chinese (Simplified) and English - like a linguistic gymnast! 🤸‍♂️

  • A keen eye for detail and cultural nuances 🕵️‍♀️

  • At least a year of experience in translation or language QA 📚

  • Super reading and writing skills in both languages ✍️



The nitty-gritty:


This is a remote, part-time gig paying $20-$25 per hour. You'll be an independent contractor, paid weekly through Stripe Connect. We're looking for a commitment of 10+ hours a week for at least a month, but hopefully longer!
