What we're looking for in our design superhero: 🦸‍♀️

• 5+ years of UX lead experience (bonus points for utility industry know-how!)


• A knack for turning tech jargon into user-friendly experiences


• Figma skills that'll make other designers jealous


• A cool head for navigating the wild world of energy retail regulations


• Communication skills that could charm the socks off a room full of stakeholders
