What You'll Be Doing 🚀



  • Designing our digital app - a hub for justice reform and human rights

  • Creating mobile-first, responsive, and accessible designs

  • Collaborating with ex-designers, campaign strategists, and developers

  • Building tools to amplify voices of women in prison and survivors of abuse



What We're Looking For 🔍



  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience

  • Strong portfolio in responsive design

  • Passion for human rights and justice reform

  • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Webflow

  • Ability to work collaboratively

  • Minimum 8 hours a week commitment
