In a nutshell, you'll be the superhero of safety training! 🦸‍♀️ Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to design and deliver top-notch training programs that'll keep our team safe, supported, and ready to tackle anything!

Your day-to-day adventures will include:

• Crafting epic training plans 📝


• Running engaging courses that'll have people on the edge of their seats 🎓


• Being a mentor extraordinaire to leaders and team members 🧑‍🏫


• Juggling budgets like a pro 💰

What we're looking for in our safety superstar:

• NZQA Assessor credentials and 5+ years of experience (non-negotiable!)


• A knack for creating killer training programs


• Coaching skills that would make even Tony Robbins jealous


• Communication skills smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy


• Organization skills that would put Marie Kondo to shame

Bonus points if you've got a Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching up your sleeve! 🎉
