Are you ready to join the awesome team at HOBSONVILLE POINT SECONDARY SCHOOL? We're on the hunt for a fantastic Human Resources Coordinator to help us keep our school running smoothly! 🏫



Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Driving our people-focused systems 🚗

  • Strengthening staff experience and connection 🤝

  • Managing our ReadyEmploy system like a pro 💻

  • Coordinating fun staff events and wellbeing initiatives 🎉

  • Keeping everyone in the loop with newsletters and digital platforms 📢



What we're looking for:



  • Amazing communication skills (you're basically a people whisperer) 🗣️

  • Eagle-eye attention to detail (nothing gets past you!) 🦅

  • Experience with HR software (bonus points for ReadyEmploy & KAMAR) 🖥️

  • The ability to keep secrets like a vault 🤐

  • A go-getter attitude (you're not afraid to take the lead!) 💪



This is a permanent, full-time gig during school terms, with some potential holiday hours thrown in for good measure.
