What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🔍 Supporting the roasting process and ensuring top-notch quality

  • 📦 Managing green bean loading and warehouse tasks

  • 🔧 Maintaining equipment and improving operations

  • 🗣️ Communicating safety and quality updates across shifts

  • 🦺 Leading a proactive safety culture



What We're Looking For:



  • 💪 Ability to lift 20kg and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • 📅 2+ years of warehouse experience

  • 🚜 Forklift license (or willingness to get one – we'll help!)

  • 💻 SAP-ECC understanding is a plus
