What You'll Be Doing 🧑‍💼

• Helping with annual corporate filings (you might even rub elbows with some big shots! 😎)


• Keeping our documents organized and up-to-date (your OCD will thank you)


• Diving into the exciting world of regulatory compliance and corporate law


• Joining our mission to go paperless by digitizing documents

What We're Looking For 🕵️

• You're a student in your third/fourth year of an undergrad degree (Finance, Accounting, Commerce) or pursuing a legal education


• You've got some internship experience under your belt (bonus points for legal, compliance, finance, or operations in a financial firm!)


• You're detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects like a pro 🤹


• Your communication skills are on point, both written and verbal


• You're a whiz with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
