What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🎭 Playing a crucial role in our operations team

  • 🤝 Supporting customers throughout their entire journey

  • 💬 Assisting with queries from loan application to repayment plans

  • 🌟 Offering exceptional service at all times



Who We're Looking For:



  • 🏆 Someone with extensive customer service experience in financial services

  • 📚 In-depth knowledge of financial regulations

  • 🧠 Problem-solving skills to handle complex queries

  • 🤓 Strong attention to detail

  • 🚀 A proactive mindset



What We Offer:



  • 💰 Competitive salary: £28K - £30K
