Hey there, health enthusiast! 👋 We're looking for an awesome Assistant Manager of HR & Operations to join our team in Bhubaneswar. If you're passionate about public health and love managing people and processes, this might be your dream job! 🌟



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🗓️ Managing the Director's schedule and handling important communications

  • 👥 Supervising HR, Admin, and Office executives

  • 🏗️ Overseeing the construction of our new campus

  • 📊 Developing and monitoring key performance indicators

  • 🤝 Building relationships with stakeholders and donors



What We're Looking For:



  • MBA in HR or relevant PG/PGD qualification

  • 5+ years of HR management experience

  • Experience in educational settings or reputable NGOs (a big plus!)

  • Tech-savvy with HR management ERP packages
