We're looking for a Youth Engagement and Education Advisor to join our awesome team at Environment Canterbury. You'll be the superhero 🦸‍♀️ who engages and educates young people while also teaching adults how to do the same. Cool, right?

What you'll be doing: 📋

• Leading youth engagement practices across the organization


• Providing professional development to teachers and school leaders


• Delivering educational programs that connect kids with our work


• Championing youth voice in regional decision making


• Creating youth-focused content for our communication channels

What we're looking for: 🔍

• Experience in Environmental Education for Sustainability


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Teaching experience in a school setting


• Knowledge of the environment and natural world


• Ability to facilitate professional development
