What You'll Be Doing:
- 📊 Managing employee life cycle queries like a pro
- 💻 Mastering our HR systems (iTrent and Microsoft Dynamics)
- 🤝 Collaborating with colleagues to solve HR puzzles
- 🔍 Spotting ways to make our HR processes even better
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous HR admin role (bonus points for HR Shared Service experience!)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with HR systems and MS Office
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
- Organization: Superb time-management and multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail: Eagle-eyed accuracy in all your work
- Customer service: A passion for helping others
