What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving the technical vision using NextJS and TypeScript


• Championing design excellence and pixel-perfect implementation


• Overseeing our design system and component library


• Collaborating with design, UX, and backend teams


• Implementing frontend performance optimizations


• Ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of frontend development experience


• 3+ years managing remote engineering teams


• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail


• Deep expertise in NextJS, React, and TypeScript


• Experience with design systems and component libraries


• Knowledge of frontend testing and quality assurance


• Web performance optimization skills


• Accessibility implementation experience
