BCD MEETINGS & EVENTS is looking for an enthusiastic Event Project Coordinator to join our growing Delegate Management team. We're all about creating connections that inspire and motivate!



What You'll Do:



  • Handle registrations and hotel bookings for delegates

  • Manage project mailboxes and answer queries

  • Create reports and rooming lists

  • Assist on-site at events (sometimes overseas!) 🌍



What We're Looking For:



  • Customer service superstars

  • Excel wizards with database experience

  • Great communicators who can juggle multiple tasks

  • Flexible team players who thrive under pressure
