What's the gig about?

We're looking for someone who's passionate about using design to directly impact business metrics. You'll be working with our Growth team to optimize user experiences and drive those key metrics up, up, up!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with the Head of Growth, Product, and Engineering


• Designing user interfaces and prototypes for A/B tests


• Rapidly iterating on designs based on data and user feedback


• Creating high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile


• Contributing to our experimentation strategy

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design


• Proficiency in Figma


• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies


• Experience with analytics tools


• Basic understanding of front-end development principles
