- Supporting our finance department with day-to-day accounting

What we're looking for:
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated person with a flexible attitude
- Someone who can work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication and organization skills
- A multi-tasking pro with an eye for detail
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledger
- Monitoring credit scores
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Approving invoices for payment
- Raising invoice queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Intercompany recharges
- Handling mail and phones
- Taking care of admin tasks
Ideal candidate:
- 2+ years experience in an accounts department
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Xero (preferred)
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
