• Supporting our finance department with day-to-day accounting


• Helping with office admin in a bustling environment


• Working across our group of companies

What we're looking for:

• An enthusiastic, self-motivated person with a flexible attitude


• Someone who can work independently and as part of a team


• Great communication and organization skills


• A multi-tasking pro with an eye for detail

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining sales and purchase ledger


• Monitoring credit scores


• Reconciling supplier statements


• Approving invoices for payment


• Raising invoice queries


• Bank reconciliation


• Intercompany recharges


• Handling mail and phones


• Taking care of admin tasks

Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years experience in an accounts department


• Excellent communication skills


• Experience with Xero (preferred)


• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
