What you'll do:

• Work with our telecoms design team on major UK-wide Rail Projects


• Learn to produce detailed designs using tools like Visio and AutoCAD


• Gain insight into client requirements and the design lifecycle


• Assist in delivering key design projects and meeting deadlines


• Understand and adhere to UK rail infrastructure Health & Safety requirements

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4) including Maths, English, and Science or IT


• A-Level or equivalent in Maths or Engineering (desirable but not essential)


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Must be over 18 by September 2025


• No experience necessary - we'll provide full training!

What we offer:

• Starting salary of £17,500 (increasing throughout the programme)


• Level 3 Rail Engineering Design Technician qualification


• 30-month apprenticeship programme
