What's the Scoop?



  • We're tackling two super cool questions in cancer research:

  • Somatic evolution: How do mutations change across different cell types and environments?

  • TCR-antigen recognition: Mapping TCRs that recognize cancer antigens



Who Are We Looking For?


A PhD rockstar in genomics, quantitative biology, physics, or math/stats with:



  • A passion for applying statistical techniques to big genomic datasets

  • Experience in machine learning and statistics (postdoc experience is a plus!)

  • Must-have: Experience with TCR repertoires, single-cell RNA seq, or cancer genomic sequencing
