What's the gig?



As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind our shipping operations. You'll be:




  • Booking inbound and outbound shipments

  • Preparing import/export docs

  • Tracking shipments and keeping everyone in the loop

  • Solving customs puzzles

  • Keeping our records squeaky clean

  • Finding the best shipping deals

  • Making sure we're following all the rules



What we're looking for:




  • At least 2 years in logistics or trade compliance

  • Knowledge of the pharma/biotech world

  • Pro-level Microsoft Office skills

  • Eagle eye for details

  • Problem-solving superstar

  • Great communicator
