ICON is looking for an experienced professional like you to join our growing FSP program. This is a permanent, home-based role that's perfect for someone who loves working remotely! 🏠💻



What you'll be doing:



  • Managing site-level activities for Phase I-IIIb Clinical Development studies

  • Being the go-to person for site management and operational topics

  • Providing leadership and strategic direction for Clinical Site Lead activities

  • Driving accountability and promoting solution-oriented thinking

  • Supporting onboarding for new team members



What we're looking for:



  • Graduate degree in Medical or Life Sciences

  • 10+ years of experience in clinical research

  • Expert knowledge of clinical development and regulatory environment

  • Experience in Oncology and/or Neurology and/or Immunology (preferred)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
