What you'll be doing:

• Designing cool e-learning courses, training materials, and job aids


• Collaborating with folks around the world to create impactful learning solutions


• Using fancy tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to make learning fun


• Adapting content for a global audience (because we're all about that cultural sensitivity!)


• Managing multiple projects and juggling time zones like a pro

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or something similar


• Experience in creating e-learning content, especially for a global audience


• Mad skills with e-learning tools and learning management systems


• Flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with teams in EMEA and the Americas


• A knack for making complex stuff easy to understand
