You'll be supporting the Development Finance Manager with accounting and admin tasks. It's a great chance to get your hands dirty in the world of property development finance!



Your main tasks will include:




  • Preparing settlement statements for home sales

  • Recording deposits, settlements, and refunds

  • Calculating commissions

  • Uploading budgets and reconciling accounts

  • Helping with audit preparations



What you'll need:




  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it)

  • Excel ninja skills đź’»

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Great communication skills
