What You'll Be Doing:

• Calculating leaseholder contributions for major works


• Producing accurate invoices and serving legal notices


• Deputizing for the Leasehold Consultation and Billing Manager


• Leading reconciliation projects and ensuring compliance


• Reviewing and maintaining databases


• Collaborating with various departments to improve service efficiency


• Compiling performance reports and managing team budgets

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in leasehold management financials


• Strong understanding of S20 consultation requirements


• Excellent analytical and communication skills


• Keen attention to detail and compliance knowledge
