What's the gig about?

You'll be part of our ERP project, focusing on the logistics side of things. We're talking about testing, implementing, and getting everyone on board with our new ERP solution. It's a big deal, and we need your expertise!

Here's what you'll be up to:

• Testing module designs and giving feedback


• Helping with user acceptance testing


• Prepping data for migration to the new system


• Creating cool reports


• Designing user manuals and training materials


• Traveling to our program countries to train and support teams

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in logistics in the non-profit sector


• Experience with ERP projects


• Awesome organization and communication skills


• A knack for process improvement

Bonus points if you know Concern's logistics procedures or have worked with an INGO in developing countries!
