Here's what you'll be doing:

• Conducting usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated)


• Crafting precise components in Figma for our Design System


• Collaborating with researchers and content designers


• Translating complex info into simple user flows


• Presenting your insights to stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• A UX designer with a knack for usability testing and research


• Experience in planning and conducting user tests


• Skills in visualizing test results (think affinity maps and user journey maps)


• Confidence in using data to shape UX decisions


• A solid understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements


• Eagle-eye attention to detail


• Strong communication skills
