What you'll be doing:

• Being the voice of our customers 🗣️


• Partnering with stakeholders to come up with killer solutions


• Conducting research, prototyping, and fine-tuning designs


• Communicating with our dev team in an agile environment


• Creating all sorts of design goodies (sketches, flows, wireframes)


• Helping measure success through metrics


• Coaching others in design thinking

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of UX design experience


• A portfolio that showcases your UX process


• Adaptability with design tools


• Great communication skills


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks


• Understanding of web technologies


• Empathy and curiosity about finance compliance
