What's the gig about? 🎨




  • Understand user needs and create effective designs for our websites, intranet, and digital products

  • Conduct usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated)

  • Design precise components in Figma for our Design System

  • Collaborate with UX researchers and content designers

  • Transform complex info into simple user flows



What we're looking for:




  • Experience in planning and conducting user testing

  • Skills in visualizing test results (e.g., affinity maps, user journey maps)

  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Figma wizardry 🧙‍♂️
