Hey there, energy enthusiast! We're on the lookout for a stellar Production Manager to join our Renewable Energy Business Unit in Edenderry. If you're passionate about green energy and love leading teams, this might be your dream job!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing our renewable energy assets to hit those sweet, sweet availability and efficiency targets 🎯

  • Leading operations at our power plant, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely

  • Keeping an eye on materials and budgets (because every cent counts!)

  • Helping implement our Business Management System (sounds fancy, right?)

  • Developing your team and planning for the future (we're talking 2030 and beyond!)



What We're Looking For:



  • A BSc in Engineering or something similar

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of Steam Boiler and Steam Turbine plants

  • Awesome people management skills (because let's face it, that's half the battle!)
